Magnetic Wind focuses on organic and electronic blends of instrumental/ambient music with abundant textures and occasional female vocals creating ethereal drift and meditation music. Ancestry, autobiography, relationship and faith are predominant themes in her work. Spiritual themes are abundant in such works as Chakras, Sounds of Rumi vol. 1, Love Meditations, Bhakti: Aham Prema and Sleep in Heavenly Peace (a holiday album).  She works predominantly with soft synths, piano, voice, world percussion, field recordings, spoken word and exploration with various instruments in nontraditional means of playing and voicing them. 

Her original compositions have been released on the following labels: Rain, Endless Ascent, Sound4Good, EPD (Portugal), Free Floating, BWF Recording, JWM, Magnetic 5280 and Divine Alchemy. Her music is available commercially on CD Baby, iTunes, Amazon Music Unlimited, Spotify, Napster  and various other electronic distributors and streaming services. She has had her work played  numerous times on KCUR’s NightTides, Stillstream.com, Nightscaping with Har, Disorganized Sound with Dr. Steve, Sadayatana, Mysterious Semblance with Tange, Metlay, Time Drone with Jack Hertz, SomaFM Space Station Soma, Animas Lumina (Brazil), This Ambient Life, AiiRadio with Steven Barber , Radio Mystic (Santa Fe), Our Place Radio, At Water’s Edge, Radio Spiral and One World Radio (UK) and many more stations around the world. She rarely departs to dark ambient, but when she does, it is hauntingly memorable. Alan Herrick of Netlabelism.com featured her album La Petite Morte in 2011, where it found rave reviews and was followed by additional outstanding reviews from various  reviewers including Mark Blood for it’s haunting sound and the departure from her signature drifting ethereal.

Her  music typically reflects deeply emotional content both in dark, light/ethereal and spiritual constructs.    In 2009 she released her first new age album, Believe, in which the title track was included on Songs for Hope, a charity album and apart of the selection considerations for the 2012 Olympic broadcast on NBC.   She released 23 albums and EP's between 2009 and 2013 that documented her processing of personal trauma processing, love , spirituality and contemplative composition channeling stream of consciousness creation.  Collaborations with Dan Menoza , Disturbed Earth, Steve Bashor, Tim Jones  and others are apart of her body of work.   In 2013 she collaborated with Jack Hertz in the creation of the charity album For Our Children, the benefitted Newtown Arts following the Sandy Hook Massacre.   In 2014, she composed Kaleidoscope for meditation and exploration.  She began spending more and more time creating her visual art in the following years, as it was a means of continued therapy in healing and spiritual connection.  In 2017, she and trumpeter, Tim Jones released the single Metanoia, an experimental project.  After a hiatus focusing on visual art  she is releasing her newest work on Easter Sunday, April 17, 2022, entitled, 831.  Known for her ambient love songs, voice and electronic composition , 831 embraces that and tells the story of deep love in a lifecycle and beyond.
